Edit: It has been a while since this review. We went this week for dinner, and was told that they cook the buns on the grill with the meat. This has never been mentioned before, so now ribs were the only option and they were dry and gross. Bummer. We have been very pleased with Chili's! Our celiac daughter has eaten there several times with no issues, and she is super sensitive. I only wish they had a dedicated fryer for the chips!
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I ordered off of the gluten free menu and I started to feel sick as soon as I left the parking lot. Like other commenters said, I would proceed with caution.

I told my waitress I was Gluten Free and she showed my on the kiosk how to bring up the gluten free menus. Which was way better then trying to read the menu. Very helpful.

Service was great! I told them I had a gluten allergy and they made sure the chef was aware. They have a gluten sensitive menu online. I had the baby back ribs with the house bbq. The sides that come with the ribs are NOT gluten free, so I got the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was mediocre. The ribs were dry and had little meat and the broccoli was dry as well. The mashed potatoes were great though! I did not react to this meal and I am very sensitive

They always ask extra questions and have the manager come out to talk with me. Seems like I always feel mildly sick after. I usually do the bowl or a salad.

EDIT: I returned, ordered the salmon and street corn this time, and it was much better than the meat.
The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
