Chili’s definitely impressed me with their extensive gluten free options. No gluten free buns, but can get bun less. But the best part is they have a dedicated fryer for French fries!!!! Some of the menus has places that shows the chips to be gluten free, however the Chili’s in Ennis’s they are not in a dedicated fryer but the French Fries have a dedicated fryer.

I ordered off of the gluten free menu and I started to feel sick as soon as I left the parking lot. Like other commenters said, I would proceed with caution.

I told my waitress I was Gluten Free and she showed my on the kiosk how to bring up the gluten free menus. Which was way better then trying to read the menu. Very helpful.

Service was great! I told them I had a gluten allergy and they made sure the chef was aware. They have a gluten sensitive menu online. I had the baby back ribs with the house bbq. The sides that come with the ribs are NOT gluten free, so I got the loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was mediocre. The ribs were dry and had little meat and the broccoli was dry as well. The mashed potatoes were great though! I did not react to this meal and I am very sensitive

They always ask extra questions and have the manager come out to talk with me. Seems like I always feel mildly sick after. I usually do the bowl or a salad.

EDIT: I returned, ordered the salmon and street corn this time, and it was much better than the meat.
The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.
