Absolutely perfect experience. Aaron, the manager, was extremely helpful and informative on what was available and what could be changed. He took time and care for my needs and was very very nice in a world that feels very cold. Very great experience and can’t wait to go back!

Ordered GF ribs but they came with French fries all over the plate. Make sure you ask a lot of questions. Otherwise really good.

Amazing gluten free food. Very nice waitstaff. Manager even came to table to ensure and answer any questions. Had ribs, kabobs and great sides.

I've had the ribs and the salmon, both were very delicious ! The spinach I salad is so fresh and tasty. No problems with the GF items.

Delightful. Easy to order gluten free with a good number of items on their GF menu. Wonderful decor and ambiance, fantastic service. All in all a good experience.

Firebirds not only has a GF menu, but the server and manager took extra time to make sure that I was comfortable. They informed the kitchen, and the manager oversaw my meal. My family and I eat here quite often. Love this place!

I had a great meal. The menu was good, and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I had no problems at all.

Update: I had dinner with family and friends and we all enjoyed the meal. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the staff was great, the food excellent, and GF items were identified on the menu. No issues.

Ordered the baby back ribs and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were! The double black diamond pineapple martini is so good! Also love that they put the calories on the menu.
