The staff was awesome and did a great job avoiding any chance of contamination. They prepared my cold sandwich in a separate area that was covered with fresh deli paper and used fresh gloves. Glad to have this as an option in the future!

I have been here a few times since they have opened, have not had a reaction and still feel fairly safe eating here. It seemed a bit safer when they first opened; they went from allergies in a different bag they wouldn't even hand to others, to placing them in the same bag with other subs unlabeled.

I decided to give this place a try after reading positive reviews. The gluten free bread is individually wrapped and kept separate from the regular bread. I mentioned it was an allergy and that was relayed to the cook. He finished the previous order, poured water over the flat top and scraped it down. Changed gloves and prepped the bread on a separate paper. I also saw a second slicer in the back, so that may be where gluten free cold cuts are sliced. It was just past normal lunch time, so not very busy. That may affect your personal experience. I’d probably get a cold sub if it was crowded so they wouldn’t have to clear the grill just for me. The Philly was pretty good and hit the spot. Bread was soft and stayed together. Not sure of the brand. They have some Udis dessert on the counter, maybe cookies or brownies? All in all, felt safe and happy I could pop in for a quick sandwich.

New fav place! Nice and attentive staff. Separate slicer for deli meats, separate tools on clean grill for steak and cheese - my teen was thrilled. Udi’s rolls, glove changes in sight!

I've visited Jersey Mikes twice in the past week and the staff have been amazing. The first visit was last weekend. Everyone changed their gloves, wiped down everything, and used a designated gluten free knife. They use Udes sub rolls and have Udes cookies for sale as well. My first sub was a turkey and cheese, it wad delicious. My second visit I got a hot sub #26, chicken bacon ranch and it was equally good.

I love this place. It's not often we can go and literally watch them make our food, and they always wipe everything down, along with using a paper underneath the sandwich so it's not made on the surface the regular bread is. It's been my go-to and I've never gotten sick.

The Manager and Staff are awesome 🤩 They are so kind and clean everything when making my GF sub.
I bought an Italian 8 inch GF hero. The inside of the bread crumbled like dust. It was soooooo bad. I was with friends, so I ate the coldcuts and didn't say anything. I don’t know how they had the nerve to serve that to a customer. I will not go back. 😒

Absolutely love that they are actually gluten friendly here! I told the worker it was an allergy and she cleaned the entire area and machine before working on my sandwich and used different equipment which I appreciate. They even had Udis snickerdoodle cookies available!

After eating at a safe Jersey Mikes I trusted another one, but this one must have not cleaned equipment despite me listing it was due to allergy because I had a flair up. I definitely no longer trust this location
