If you have an allergy or celiac, don't eat here. I stopped in around 4:00 pm, not a busy time and asked for the Gluten free kung bo chicken to go, and then before paying at the register again made sure she got the celiac ,gluten free part, and she nodded, yes. Their menu is marked with dishes available gluten free. I got home and the orange sticker was missing for allergy, gluten free I should of brought it back at thet point but.no not me...it knocked me for a loop . I had been glutened, i'st time in a long time The Orlando one is good, just I won't return to this one

They have recently changed gf protocols and they are amazing! Separate gf menu and everything is made in a different part of the kitchen so you don’t need to worry about cross contamination. I eat here at least one a week and never have to worry I’ve never gotten sick. Very safe!!

Just ordered the gluten free Mongolian streak with cauliflower rice and got glutened. I've never had a problem at any other location but this one.
I have never been sick at this location. Make sure to mention it is for an allergy! I order the Pei Wei spicy with broccoli and it tastes very similar to general tsos! Love this place.
Yes
Going with 2 stars first time I ordered from gluten free menu I had no issues. Last time I was sick for DAYS it was horrible. Worst reaction I ever had. You can't be hit or miss with gluten free!
Staff was friendly. Very limited menu, which I do not mind, but I did have a slight reaction to the food. I think Pei Wei needs to sharpen up training or procedures to make their food celiac safe.
No
I go here frequently, sometimes once a month and have never had issues. I enjoy the original chicken the most. Never had issues getting sick even when they are busy. They take proper precautions
Update May 2024. Continue to go here and never an issue. They have a more expanded gf menu than they used to. I have dined in and ordered online to go without issues

Ordered gf fried rice and gf pad Tai noodles. Was a lot of food, delicious flavors. No issues next day, highly recommend. They were attentive to my allergy.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!
