We are visiting OKC for the first time and I have had prior pleasant experiences with PF Changs. Tonight was not that. The server at this particular establishment assured me that the meal would be gluten free. Within 30 minutes upon arriving home I got sick. My son has issues with gluten as well, he is also sick. NOT SAFE.

Manger was very knowledgeable and kind. Cameover explained their menu then asked if it was a preference or allergy advised not a preference celiac disease he immediately said ok with it being an allergy we take it even further and brought out a special menu he printed out that removes all unsafe options completely so I didn't have to read all the fine print or look for a special image next to things. Food was great and service was good. Didn't feel like a bother at all and food was delicious. Separate packets of gluten free soy sauce, which is great but make sure they hand you the right ones they also have low sodium packets they accidentally handed me a mix.

Everything I ordered I made sure to order off the gluten-free menu and I let them know I needed Everything to be gluten-free buy here I lay in bed feeling horrible. I don't believe this is a safe place to eat if gluten causes you issues. I'm not celiac that I know of but I have bad reactions to gluten.

I ordered the Mongolian beef and white rice. It came out on a white plate and after the other food was served. It was VERY good, and I did not react at all. I am very sensitive. But, the service was HORRIBLE! Our waiter hardly filled our beverages. They were very rude when we checked in for our reservation. I’ve had Peiwei and that is the fast food equivalent to PF Chang’s and you don’t have to deal with the jacked up prices and reservations and rude service. You can pick up and go and eat at home.

I wish they didn’t get rid of their only gluten free dessert. It was literally the BEST gluten free dessert I have ever had. It was like a chocolate lava cake but a ball. I hope they bring it back eventually!
Edit: I got horribly sick the last two times I have ordered gf from here. I no longer trust it.

Great food and menu selection. GF entrees are brought out on a different type of plate to distinguish it from everything else. Egg drop soup is also GF

PF Chang’s is always good and safe. Communicate and tell them you need GF. Well trained and structured. Soy sauce has TONS of gluten. They get it and watch it.

They have an allergy system that allows them to put in your specific issues, mine being gluten and soy, and it creates the menu specialized for you. The staff and manager were extremely knowledgeable. They assured me that the kitchen has protocols in place and a Spears area, wok and utensils for the allergen area. I almost subtracted a star simply because, with soy being on my list, my only options were plain rice, egg, and a couple of steamed veggies. That said, I really enjoyed my white rice with egg cooked in it, and a side of steamed broccoli. I may take my own sauce next time. I’m extremely sensitive to cc and was fine after eating there, which is my gold standard!

Ordered the gluten free spicy chicken and noticed there were noodles in my food (ordered it to go). Wound up throwing up the whole night. This place is not celiac friendly! I think they use the same wok to cook everything in.

I have eaten here before as well as my home PFChangs. I have recently had an additional food intolerance added to my dietary restrictions. It was a mess figuring out what I could eat and ended up getting garlic spinach and a bowl of rice (bc steamed veggies and lettuce wraps was all that was available to me) and I still got sick. Most likely gluten cc based on symptoms. The reason for only one star though was a snarky comment from the management about my meal and that they were not initially going to let us use the $5 entree with any entree purchase coupon for my husband’s meal bc our other meals were GF. So, I pay more for my meal due to a medical condition and bc of that I can’t use the coupon on a regular meal???? I’ve never had any PFChangs be so complicated, condescending, or inept. Disappointed bc it’s always been a safe “go to” when traveling. Not so much now.

Good gluten free food and no cross contamination. Safe for celiacs.

They have a dedicated gluten free menu. My server was very knowledgeable and the food was delicious.
They are great! I never have a problem when eating here and it's delicious!
Great staff and menu! Yay we get Pad Thai!! Newly added and gluten free!!

Let the server know you have Celiac and you will be good to go. Excellent service and we visit as often as we can. As someone diagnosed with Celiac I would highly recommend this restaurant as a safe place to eat that is happy to accomodate the gluten free option. Never been sick by cross contamination when eating here.
The food was great! Our server, Emily, was knowledgable about what was gluten free. I felt comfortable and was very happy with my meal and service!

Lovely experience! I called ahead to put my name on the list and tell them about my dietary restrictions. They had a manager visit my table and both server and manager assured me my GF foods would be cooked in a designated wok. They even use little red dishes for the GF sauces. They took my celiac very seriously. The options were awesome: I had lettuce wraps, egg drop soup, fried rice, and the flourless chocolate dome. We will definitely return!

Ate here twice and got sick both times.

Excellent food, have eaten here many times with no cross contamination problems. Variety of options on the menu. A little pricey but nice to do once in a while.

Helpful staff. Wide GF menu. Love the Chang's Spicy Chicken (tastes similar to a spicy sweet and sour dish) which has a nice "breading" and yummy sauce. Desserts too!
Superb menu options and quality!!
Great Gf menu. Very nice selection of options.
So the service was great and the food was delicious, but I got glutened here and am paying for it now. :( I was sick within a couple of hours of my visit. I would not recommend if you’re celiac.

I had beef and broccoli with brown rice. Very good, and no after-effects at all. The staff seemed to be very aware of gluten problems and were pleasant and helpful.

They always have a very understanding staff that don’t make me feel like I’m being a pain when ordering with my restrictions. They are also really great and seeing if they can make a dish not on the GF menu but on the regular menu GF and a lot of them times the chef can find a way. They also have the best GF Pad Thai and Fried Rice I’ve ever had.

We have eaten here many, many times since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007, and I have never had any problems. I am disappointed that PF Chang's has reduced the options, but, honestly, it still has more choices than many places. I have tried pretty much everything on the gluten-free menu, and we have found enough options to order all gluten-free when dining with another couple.

I got 3 gluten free dishes and they all failed my Nima gluten sensor. I still ate it and did not feel good after.
