Waitstaff very knowledgeable and there was a separate gluten free menu with many options available. We tried to order fries, as we had read here that they were baked, however our waiter informed us they had changed the process and instead suggested the nachos, which were unbelievable! My daughter with celiac had no reaction and everyone enjoyed their meals. Awesome experience

Our experience at the Hard Rock Cafe was excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They had a gluten-free menu with quite a few options. I had the grilled chicken on a brioche bun that was delicious. Also fries from a dedicated fryer. Good sized portions as well.

Called in for some GF nachos as had them in other hard rocks and they have been fine. Sadly don’t do them GF here. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was fine and came with a GF bun but it was all rather dry. The menu states things are Gluten free when they are not as on checking with the waiter he said the chips are cooked in a communal fryer so offered me mash which was fine but you do need to ask and it would be easy to make a mistake.

TAMARA was THE BEST server!!! Imagine this worst case scenario: I am the celiac choir director at my local high school, and am on tour with a large group of teenagers. We stop at Hard Rock Cafe for a group dinner with over 70 people. •The menus were labeled w GF options •The servers knew what I was talking about •The food came out with an allergy flag directly to me, and the server again specified that it was gluten free •The burger was decent. The TATER TOTS were a happy surprise- often places will just default to a salad. •when the group dessert (cookies) didn't work, Tamara made me a HOT FUDGE SUNDAE!!! •I didn't get sick. At all. Not even a little. •Tamara was AMAZING!

Not many good reviews for places in and around Hilton Hawaiian village. We chose to go here because of the many positive remarks. It did not disappoint! No fries on gf menu but no worries! I had a basic cheese burger and a side Cesar salad. No sickness! Burger was delicious! Server did ask if I was celiac or preference.

It's an okay restaurant with nice food and overpriced drinks. Visited at lunch time and the service was quick and the staff pleasant.

They had a good choice of gluten free items, which were all indicated (GF)on the meain menu. I had the original burger and chips which I would recommend.

I would eat here again but wouldn't choose to drink here (unless it was during happy hour).

If you are Celiac and need a great place to eat that is not Italian food Hard Rock is fantastic! They don’t have a GF Menu but most entrees can be made GF if requested, just ask your server they will help and they are very knowledgeable about this allergy definitely a place to go if you can’t find anything else

The ribs are not safe for those with celiac!!!! Prior comments say they are but consulting the allergen list online and talking to the wait staff clarified that they are not safe. They have a dedicated fryer for french fries. The grilled buffalo wings, gluten free burgers, and fries were all good safe options! The waiter said that other fried things are not safe i.e. the chicken and onion rings etc. Food came out marked with a different color flag than gluten food. Easy to sub dairy free by forgoing cheese on burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Beware - Fries no longer gluten free as of May 9th. The delivery they received is now breaded fries. Other wise, food was delicious. Had the grilled chicken sandwich on gf bun. Great atmosphere and service! The restaurant had its own separate gf menu, and all gf dishes were marked by a flag :) The menu had lots of options from starters and mains to desserts. Had the cheeseburger, was ecstatic that they got their own dedicated gf fryer for fries :) the food was a bit expensive but I was pleasantly pleased and enjoyed my visit, would come back again! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about allergies, and went through their kitchen routines with me when I was about to order.

Menu is well marked to specify gluten free options. Had a triple cheese burger and mashed potatoes (fries not celiac safe, waitress confirmed). Gluten free hot fudge brownie and ice cream was HUGE and DELICIOUS! Would return, food tasted good after long travels and no reaction in days following. Sat upstairs and had a nice view of the Grand Place, good for people watching.

I had one of the burgers, the gluten-free bread was not that good, left most of it. The burger was not seasoned enough. Had fries that was not salted. All in all I was not impressed. They have a separate gluten-free menu via QR-code but the regular menu show more than that.

Have eaten here twice in the past week, enjoyed my burger and fries (yes, separate frier!) and most importantly, didn't get sick. There's a GF menu available. Most burgers can be ordered and there's GF hamburger buns. Fries go in separate frier and are safe to eat. Not sure about measures taken to prevent cross-contamination. The first time my burger came with a stick marked with 'allergy', but not the second time. Didn't get sick either night though.
