1 Fresh Stir Fry

Yum! I got black rice, scallops, water chestnuts, broccoli, and white cheddar. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my GF questions. I'll eat here again. P.S. Not in Ashley Furniture shopping center like GPS said. Further down Cap. Circle.

Good food and Staff was very Knowledgable! Doesn't get much better than that! The manager came and talked to me and guided me in the direction of what to get. Quinoa with lemon pepper shrimp, red and green peppers, corn, onions and garlic! So yummy!

I really wanted this to be a great place to eat. The menu allows for gluten free choices. However, they must cook everything in the same cookware. I carefully asked on menu items, discussed my allergy and selected the correct foods, including sauce. And I am terribly sick from eating here. I won't be back.

My daughter is severely sensitive to gluten.. I made them completely aware of how severe. they said they would wipe everything done. she got VERY sick. I do not recommend at all.

Big fan of 1 fresh. Bill is the owner, and he is right Robin if you got gluten then you ordered it. Quinoa, Bob sauce with my veggies raw is just amazing.

The only way Robin could get gluten at 1 Fresh is if she ordered it. 1 Fresh is the only restaurant in Tallahassee that will make you your food the way you want it. Not just talking about the ingredients McDonalds does that but what goes into those ingredients that is the difference between 1 Fresh and all the rest. Just ask or call the owner his number is on everything really cool.
