Messy prep area with flour everywhere and double dipping in toppings the day we visited. We left and had them cancel our order. If you are eating gluten free for health reasons and not as I diet choice, I would avoid based on our experience and high probability of cross contamination.
Very messy prep area. No way to avoid cross contamination.

They have gluten free crust but it is prepared where the regular crust is prepared. Also they use the same sauce and spatula that they use in the regular pizza so the sauce is completely contaminated. Really wish people understood cross contamination. This place is not safe for celiacs!!!

GF pizza crust in its own tin. Build your own toppings!
Great pizza, they changed gloves and took precautions against cross contamination. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Six Stars!

I have had such great experience here. They ask if it is allergy related. Everything is wiped clean and they used different ladle. All toppings were taken from separate containers. So happy to have found amazing and safe pizza!
First and last time customers. We had an awful experience. We had called a head to insure they had gluten free crust available and were they did. So went and ordered our pizzas. The manager waited until after we had ordered (listing to us order BTW) and let us sit and wait for a while with hungry young children and myself being super Pregnant… it’s hard work getting young hungry children all set up when your a week away from your due date. Finally getting everything all set up and being able to sit and wait a wait for some time only for him only to come over and tell us that they don’t have any gluten free crusts and that the pasta is not safe because they boil the gluten free pasta in the same pot as the regular pasta… What?!? How can you even offer gluten free pasta if you don’t have a designated pot? The entire experience was pretty darn awful. I have no idea what the pint of calling a head was. We still left hungry with screaming kids. Never again…

Love 1000 Degrees! They are very good with their allergy protections - change gloves, sauce from the back of the pan, clean tray to make and cook the pizza on, and a separate cutter. My daughter, who is celiac and very sensitive, hasn’t had any issues here!
