1950 American Diner

Although I understand chains are iffy I wanted to share, I tried this location since it has AIC Certification. It is great when one asks for a gluten free menu and it's like saying can I see the menu. I didn't ask questions especially since we barely made it in to put our order in before closing, I hung onto the certification and the waitress reaction when asking for the gluten free menu. When my order was delivered, it was the first order served confirming it was gluten free and no where close to the regular meals. I had the bacon cheese burger meal, it looked beautiful and was delicious. There menu is quite largeu and it has a pretty cool setting

Mediocre burger, fries were good. Probably wouldn’t eat here again.

We had a very negative experience here. My celiac partner was served a gluten containing doughnut, even after checking with the waiter and double-checking with the kitchen staff that it was gluten free. He was informed of the mix-up when he had already eaten it...

What a find in Florence! The gluten-free burger bun was so realistic that I was honestly doubting it was gf! The Homer donuts can also be gf! Staff were helpful and speak good English too. 😎🍔

Way better than I expected. Certified gluten free by the Italian Celiac Association, not sure the previous review. You do need to ask for a gluten free menu (senza glutine). The bread is too good, it's crazy. Had I not noticed the other bread, I would've thought they gave me the wrong one..

Wow...this place is amazing!!! They have a trifold, full color GF menu. I had a bacon cheeseburger on a bun that did NOT taste like sandpaper, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. We are going back so I can try the GF chocolate cake! If you are in Florence, please check out this charming diner!

Legit so amazing! It was very easy to pick out what was gluten free and what was not (it was labeled by color)! Their GF buns were amazing and the burger and fries were just amazing. I also got a donut. So yummy. Definitely going back.

They have gluten free options for almost everything. It was good gluten free bread and buns too, I was very impressed! And their French fries are incredible!
