Clearly marked GF options (on the normal menu - no special menu required), great food, and friendly service. The manager was super nice for a friend with other (non GF) dietary restrictions. The ribs were awesome.

Celiacs beware. The menu says all meats are gluten free. It includes jalapeño sausage, which we had just been told isn't and beer can chicken (marinated in Shiner, a gluteny beer), which can't be. If they can't even get the menu right, how can we possibly trust the kitchen?

The food was delicious and filling. The best food that I have tasted in a long time. The meat, sauce and rub are all gluten free and they have a lot of sides to chose from. My favorite is the loaded smashed potatoes and cilantro cole slaw. The slaw is normally hard to find one that is descent tasting and this is one of the bests. I will definitely be back!

Good for celiac if you ask them to change there gloves they happily will do it. They will make gluten free sides if you ask the manager. Very nice selection of gluten free options.

06/25/14 - menu now says ALL MEATS, RUBS AND SAUCES ARE GLUTEN FREE. and they sell the rubs/sauces you can see the ingredients on the website (guessing in store too)

All the meats are GF. They are very helpful on suggestings GF sides. They have cider at the bar (on draft). No GF Barbque sauces but I didn't think the meat needed it. I've never had issues with my celiac here. Update- 02/16 - contacted them after Brandy posted the no GF review and was told all meats and rubs are gluten free (this is what the pit master told me when I first posted). They have the best bar-b-que and I hated to think something had changed.

I was told tonight that none of their meat is gluten free. I have been looking forward to eating here again since my diagnosis while the doors were closed for renovations and was sorely disappointed. There is no reason to introduce gluten in a smoked meat.

We asked the servers cutting the meat to change their gloves (since they handle bread) and they were happy to oblige. Stick with the veggies for GF options.
