There are lots of gluten free options here clearly marked on the menu. The atmosphere is friendly and very inviting. The staff were knowledgeable and were able to easily look up ingredients in dishes to check for my other food intolerances. I had the beef pho, pork belly plate and chicken ban mi nachos. All were delicious! I didn’t get sick and would highly recommend for Celiacs staying in Moab.

I hate writing reviews like this…but I think it’s important. I got the WORST food poisoning here that I have ever had in my life. Came here my first night in Moab and it has ruined my trip. Went on their website so I could call them and give them a heads up - turns out they’ve closed for the summer season. My guess is that they were using the last of their food even if it passed expiration. Would never go here again

10/10. Had the vegan cheesesteak sandwich on gf bread and bahmi sandwich gf with tofu. Definitely on the pricey side, but for gf AND vegan food, fine. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone as I felt very safe. The chips are from a bag and certified gf.

Interesting menu, marked with GF options. The noodle salad and bahn mi nachos were tasty. The waitress was confident that they could handle GF and I had no ill effects afterwards. They were out of GF bread as previous posters have mentioned. Can get pricey fast as proteins are on top of the cost of most dishes (for example, the $16 noodle salad doesn't include a protein, tofu was $7 more...).

My favorite restaurant in Moab! Most everything is either already gluten free or can be altered to be celiac safe. They always seem to be out of gluten free buns when I’m in town, so I haven’t managed to get a sandwich there yet, but the noodle salad is so good I could eat it every day! I’m a very sensitive celiac and have never gotten sick here

This place was amazing! The staff were very friendly and reassuring about the GF options. Unfortunately they were out of GF bread when I went so I ended up with a bahn mi salad with beef, and tried the nachos as an appetizer. The salad was gigantic and so delicious with the extra meat on top. It was packed with veggies and the dressing was great. Overall a great experience and delicious food!

My son has Celiac’s. We stopped here on our road trip to CO. Menu clearly marked with GF and Vegan items. The PHO was amazing! Server knew what Celiacs and that reassured us. Highly recommend. We’ll be stopping back on our way home!

Very knowledgeable with celiac and gluten. I had the BEST Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had there. The bread was so good! I never thought I’d eat something like that again. It was amazing! Highly recommend.

I called beforehand and talked to the manager. They have separate utensils and prepare separate from items with gluten. The GF bread is warmed separately as well. I was told to let them know I have celiac/gluten allergy. I ordered the beef pho which was amazing! I also got chicken bahn mi which was pretty good but GF bread is a little dry. Definitely recommend if you're in town! I had no reaction.

I asked for gluten free with an allergy to gluten and they gave me wheat bread. Not knowledgeable so be very clear that EVERYTHING must be gluten free. They do offer an udi's gluten free sandwich bun.

When I walked in and said I was gluten free the host asked if I was Celiac. From that moment forward I knew I was in good hands. Many vegan and vegetarian choices. I got the vegetarian cheesesteak and loved it.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent covid safety measures and killer pho. My non celiac husband also loved their cheesesteak sandwich which was enormous. Nice to patronize a place off the crazy Main Street strip.

My husband & I found this establishment to be very good. The staff is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately with COVID-19 going on it’s just an order take & go establishment at this point. I would recommend reading the menu carefully. I would have skipped the cilantro on my sandwich because of being a low spicy person but the gf sauce is excellent. The food was very filling. Great for wanting to just get something quick. I would recommend calling to order your food during this time

Amazing food and the staff is very knowledgeable about what contains gluten-just let them know when you order that you have celiac and they will take extra precautions to avoid any cross contamination. They don’t have much gluten on the menu, I think just hoagie buns and flour tortillas. I will definitely go back again!

The menu had many gluten-free and vegan options. We had the pho which was fantastic. If you want to avoid carbs, they can serve the pho with shiritaki noodles. They also had quite a few gluten-free and vegan cookies.

This place is amazing! The staff is very knowledgeable and almost everything is either naturally gluten-free or can be made gluten-free. My husband had the pho and bahn-mi while I had the Philly cheese steak. This place is right in downtown Moab and within walking distance of pretty much everything. They also serve the only cider made in Utah which is worth trying.

Almost the entire menu is gluten free. Even the appetizers and dressings. They even have gluten free soy sauce for your pho. The food is beyond delicious. The best Pho and Kim chi I’ve had in 20 years. These people get it and they deserve to be as busy as they are, which is packed. I’m very sensitive and I was felt safe but more importantly it was so tasty! P.S. the service was so welcoming.

We loved this place! We have meat eaters, gluten eaters, vegetarians, and celiacs in our group. Everyone loved their meal and the food was delicious. Clearly, this restaurant is serious about their thoughtfully curated and delicious menu. We'll be back the next time we visit!
