Staff is very aware of allergies, they make sure the food is labeled and a manager will usually bring your food out. They have many options and can alter most of their items to be gluten free. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Always a comfortably safe go to for my husband and I, we’ve never been disappointed and I’ve never gotten sick.

I have been here several times. Food has always been fantastic and great service. Tonight, got glutened! Waiter was a pompous kiss ass, food was not as good as usual. When I started to experience symptoms, I asked my waiter if my meal was definitely GF. He assured me it was and walked away. I notified the manager on the way out, he was very apologetic and checked with the kitchen immediately. They stand by their claim that it was GF. Must have been cross contamination.

Went tonight for a birthday. Called ahead and was told that "99% of the menu can be made gluten free". Get there and upon walking in we are asked how many by the hostess and told her 5. As rude and cold as can be she made it a problem that we were there and said she had no idea where to seat us. Not a "Hello", "Welcome to Alicante", a smile - NOTHING. Didn't walk us to our table but did point to it in the lounge.

Go to order and after 3 options I was told by our waiter that the options in fact couldn't be made gluten free. Asked for the manager at this point before I almost walked out, who then came over and explained that again the options could be made gluten free. Clearly the staff is all over the place and poorly trained in a FOOD DISEASE that they advertise they cater too. This is untrue and just to get you in the door. They lie and say everything is made fresh to order which isn't because if it was then why is everything pre-made and now can't be made fresh to order like the stuffing to the artichokes and the salmon special. Fresh is fresh right?

Overall the food was just ok, the woman at the door who I'm told is always there is just a complete witch and made the experience dry from the very first second. Why would you put someone so dry at the door?

The only saving grace was the manager who after being requested stayed with us and made sure the experience didn't get worst. I'll never ever go back and my family goes quite frequently yet this was my first time.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful throughout my dinner experience. Our waiter was able to quickly list off the items I would be unable to order, and discussed substitution options for some of the pasta dishes. I was with a large group and was able to sample a number of appetizers, which were pointed out as either safe or unsafe when the server brought them to the table. Overall it was an excellent experience.

They hosted my entire birthday party (25 ladies) celiac friendly. It was wonderful and so nice I didn't have to worry about the food. They even have GF rolls for the table. A great spot for celiac!

Awesome food and even better service. They can make nearly everything on their menu Gluten Free. I had veal picatta with pasta. Everything was cooked perfectly. Waitstaff is well versed in all types of allergies. They do not publish a separate gluten free menu but just ask and they will accommodate.
