Everything is GF except for the braised beef (not an issue — plenty of other options!). Server double checked to be sure. We enjoyed our (quite large) arepas and everyone was happy!

Went and was told they use flour and wheat and lots of cross contamination, wouldn't recommend for celiac. Menu looks good so I was disappointed!

Loved this restaurant. Just about everything in this menu is gf. All of the arepas (with the exception of 2) are gf. Great variety and really fresh.

Amazingly wide variety of gluten free. Only two items on the entire menu contain gluten. The staff was very knowledgable. I've gone twice and have not gotten sick.

It's 100% gluten free (other than a couple of pre-packaged desserts they carry)! And absolutely delicious.Get a Cachapa!
