This used to be our safe spot for gluten free pizza, but within the last year their procedures must have become more lenient on cross contamination. My celiac daughter consistently has stomach troubles after eating here, which is super sad. I wish people understood what people go through with cross contamination.

Good pizza. Mediocre salads. However massive cross contamination. Stay away!! My Nima sensor registered gluten despite their promises of separating kitchen area and pizza baking and changing gloves.

I had been here several times before my Celiac diagnosis. Excellent food. There is a separate GF menu that includes pizza and salads,,,, no pasta dishes. My pizza was excellent... the best GF pizza I've had. At $27 for a 12 inch pizza, it better be good.

They take cross-contamination very seriously. I felt so comfortable eating here and the food was great!

Very good! They have pesto sauce and dairy free cheese.
This is an expensive gluten free pizza option, but very good.

Expensive pizza, but worth it! Best gluten-free pizza I've tasted yet.
The have the best gf pizza
Great gluten free pizza. I found them under the company name Gluten Free Pizza Garden but the box said Amici’s. Had the bbq chicken pizza and my no -GF friend couldn’t tell the difference in gluten crust. They deliver as well

They have several other locations in the Bay Area that offer a gluten free menu. They store & prepare in a separate area. They also use a special cutter that is used only for gluten free pizza. The crust is purchased from a Gluten-Free bakery. The pizzas are cooked in a separate oven. Check out the menu, they also have chicken wings. This is an edit for 2023 from my previous review. Today I had a salad which I have had in the past with no problems, but unfortunately when I got down to the bottom of my salad there was a crouton. I would beware of the salads if cc is a concern.
I’ve been coming here for years. Celiac sensitive and have never gotten sick. GF Pizza is great eaten there hot from the oven. Salads good too and GF prep station to address cross contamination potential

As someone who is very sensitive to CC, this place was great. They take all the proper precautions and I didn’t feel sick. It’s a bit expensive, but worth it for a gluten free pizza

Something for everyone. Finding a restaurant that meets my family’s varying needs can be a challenge. This met my GF needs, the vegan family and my 90+ in-laws. What a blessing. They have a dedicated GF menu and our waiter was very thoughtful, checking with us multiple times, to insure everyone’s needs were met. They clearly state their GF policy on their website and there was more options than most places. I generally find GF pizza restaurants a challenge. Too much flour all over. I have had multiple bad experiences with cross contamination but not at Amici’s. The pizza was not the best, light on toppings and on the expensive side but it met the gooey, cheesy, saucy pizza experience. I am the only one in my family with gluten intolerance and there was plenty for everyone. Many vegan vegetarian options as well. Apparently the pesto pasta was delicious. Many GF pasta options as well. Maybe next time.
