Amazing. Zero reaction, yesterday or today, and the proprietor was very helpful. I was extra careful in emphasizing to him I have an allergy, since a reviewer a few years back said they got glutened. After talking to Dennis, I felt it reasonable to take the risk, Amie’s safety precautions sound comprehensive. 12” gluten free pizza with 2 different kinds of crusts (herb and regular) sourced from a nearly bake shop, Organic Bliss, which have a bready consistency closer to what I would call “traditional” vs thin crust, and of which you can’t ever find in gluten free options - everything is always thin and crispy. They also have tuna subs (don’t know if they do gluten free subs I didn’t check) they accommodated me with a special order of putting the tuna onto the pizza, which is my favorite pizza topping after having tuna, corn, and jalapeño topped pizza in Japan. In any case, good pizza. No glutening this time.

I was really excited to try this place after reading the reviews but unfortunately I can confirm that I got seriously glutened here. I had a pretty bad reaction which makes me wonder if there was a mix up and if I even got a gluten free crust. At any rate, I hope future diners have better luck than I did. And for what it's worth, the crust was delicious.

The staff was knowledgeable about the gluten free options but I definitely got sick from eating the pizza :( it sounds like I may have had an unusual experience, but I know for a fact that it was this pizza that made me sick that day.

had the herbed crust, it was very good! I ordered the white pizza....I don't think that's the one I would choose for that crust next time but on a positive I'm very sensitive to cross contamination and didn't have a reaction to this pizza!

Tried both of the gluten free pizza crusts, white and herb crusts. They were both wonderful and I understand the are bought from the local Organic Bliss Gluten-Free Bakery and Deli. However when asked if their meats were gluten free they did not know. They also don't have a dedicated prep area so you could face some cross contamination issues.

They have two different gluten free pizza crusts. These crusts are bought from the local organic bliss bakery and deli. I had the bacon cheeseburger pizza. Delicious! The crust is thick and just melts in Ur mouth. Can't wait to go back again!
