most is gluten free. no deticated fryer so the empanadas are not celiac safe. they do have safety precautions if you tell them if you get an arepa.

Love this place. Would be better if they had a dedicated fryer though.

If they don’t have a dedicated fryer for the Arepas’s it’s not celiac safe!
Most of the menu is naturally gluten-free (out of 4 types of arepas, only 1 is not gluten-free). The menu clearly marks gluten-free items. The food always tastes so good and I love going here.

The arepas were amazing. Even better, they said their empanadas were gluten free because they only fry things naturally gluten free.
Although I have Celiac I do not react strongly to gluten, so I cannot say for certain that there was no cross contamination. However, they asked whether my problems with gluten were severe and then said they would clean the equipment used to make my food.

Ordered Arepas. The Arepas del choclo are not gluten free, and they warned me when I accidentally ordered it. The other three kinds are gluten free as verified by Nima

Delicious Arepas. They're aware and cognizant of gluten free needs.

I took my mom here and it was her first time having arepas. The menu was clearly labeled with GF items except for the sauces. However, the staff were very knowledgeable about what she could have. She loved it! We will definitely be back again!
