We also stopped at a gluten-free bakery in pleasanton- Aunti Gluten's Bakery. The bakery is absolutely charming and the baked goods were among the best we've enjoyed from any gluten-free bakery. The Chocolate Dipped Macaroons tasted homemade and the cupcakes were incredible, especially the Red velvet with buttercream frosting.

I LOVE this bakery! They are so nice and their baked goods taste like the real thing. Even the dairy-free chocolate chocolate cupcake tastes just as moist as the best cupcakes I've ever had. The buttercream frosting is to die for. The Snickerdoodle cupcake is unique, with gooey cinnamon throughout the cake. I think my favorite is the chocolate cake with white buttercream. I also bought a loaf of the white bread. I freeze the bread since I only use it for grilled cheese sandwiches on weekends. I've had the same loaf for over a month and it thaws perfectly and is great for grilled cheese, one of the things I miss the most. Next time, I will slice my loaf of bread before I freeze it because it can be difficult to slice when frozen, but I'm amazed at how well it has kept for so long and still tastes fresh when it thaws.
