They have the knowledge and training about safe kitchen prep. They just don't follow through. The staff do not communicate. They were very nice, very apologetic and they kindly gave me a refund. I know others have rated this as celiac friendly, but I cannot based on my experience. The one star is because, in my opinion, my experience, it is not celiac friendly.

Great food, knowledge staff and dedicated friers.

We stopped here last evening 11/15/18 on our road trip to FL. We read the reviews and I was excited to try. Staff was lackadaisical when we walked it. I have a severe gluten allergy so finding good safe food on a road trip is a challenge. The staff said they had gluten free buns and they thought the fries were? Burgers were all they knew to be GF. I asked about the chips and separate fryer and they had no clue. So we left. I felt like my questions were annoying. I couldn’t take the chance. We ended up going to TA Molly’s and it was fantastic. Leaving review for them.
Friendly staff and a great meal.
I make a point to eat here every time I’m in town. They are careful and have a dedicated fryer for french fries and tortilla chips! The queso is so delicious.

Totally awesome food. Party of four had burger, chicken sand, fries, salad, chips & queso. Staff was knowledgeable regarding GF. Lots of selections on menu. Will definitely go back when in the J-town area!
Our go-to restaurant! Knowledgeable staff on GF safety.
This is a make your own burrito/bowl place. Basically everything is fresh and gluten free except their flour tortillas. They do have corn tortillas and often have gluten free buns for their burgers - which are the best burgers in town! This is a great little local place with a fun vibe!
