Baba Louie’s makes their own Sourdough Gluten Free crusts. Branded as “Ugly’s Gluten Free Bakery” Impressed with the speciality-pizza combinations and fresh ingredients.

We ordered: -Dolce Vita 10/10 & Puttanesca Pizza 8/10 -Phoebe’s Greek Salad 11/10 -Eggplant Soup (Soup of the day) 9/10

Beer and Wine bar with a friendly staff. Order one pizza per person. Crusts aren’t big but also not small. Baba Louie’s 11/10 - Would visit again.

We order Ugly’s pizza crust delivered to our home regularly, so we have always wanted to try Baba Louie’s. The only GF item they offer is the pizza crust. They assured us that the pizza would be cooked separately and no reactions after eating. However, I will say cooking it at home is better. The pizza was underwhelming and service insanely slow. It seemed as though they weren’t communicating well so it might have been a management issue.

This place is great! Was visiting Hudson on vacation and ordered from here after being assured by the manager that they make the GF separately. The pizza is so good, it’s a thin crust and the toppings are awesome. And I had no issues at all. Will definitely be eating here again on my next visit!

This pizza place is AWESOME!!! The gluten free crust is thin and crispy. And the taste is one of the best I’ve eaten! 24 hours after consuming I have no gluten or cross contamination issues! Highly recommend. Staff were knowledgeable and took extra care to ensure the pizza was safe.

Excellent staff, service, and food. Homemade GF sourdough crust was the best my daughter ever tasted. Our server even cleaned the parmigianno shaker before bringing it to the table

Very nice, sort-of artisanal but not annoying. Small and gf pizzas good-sized. Very fresh ingredients. GF crust not bad.

Very good pizza! I got the gluten free chicken bbq with vegan cheese (can't eat dairy either) and YUM! Nice crispy crust which is my favorite. My fiance loved it too. Will definitely be back.

The gluten free pizza was delicious! My husband tried it because I wasn’t sure I got the right pizza (it was crispy and tasted almost too good!) and he said we should ask just in case! Once the waitress confirmed it was gluten free I enjoyed it so much!!

Went here for lunch today based on all the glowing reviews and was very excited to have pizza - yeah! I was handed the gluten free pizza menu that indicated that even though the dough is certified gluten free if I was severely allergic or severely intolerant to gluten, I should not eat the pizza as they can't guarantee there would be no cross contamination. I asked the server about it and he said there is no separate prep area and the kitchen has gluten in it and cross contamination is possible. I very sadly eat a salad.

Very large salad "dawn". Big enough for two. Pizza could have been crisper. Needed more cheese. Just grateful to have an edible pizza with a zillion choices for toppings. Staff very knowledgeable.

By far the best pizza I've had since way before we went gluten free. If you are within driving distance and you don't go you're nuts!! (Oh, and gluten free carrot cake! Amazing!)

Really enjoyed the gluten free pizza crust. One of the best I have had.

Really, really good with many options for my celiac son. Even many of the desserts were suitable for him (including my delicious vanilla crime brûlée of course). They had a card explaining the GF options, how they came to develop their GF pizza crust, and precautions taken in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Try the Hannah Joe as a gluten free pizza, or a gluten free flat bread. It's absolutely delicious, and I've never had any issues with my Celiac Disease after eating at Baba Louie's.

A great restaurant that has both gluten free and regular sour dough recipe. Had a great kale salad and gluten free marguarita pizza. Added sausages to it with red peppers fabulous. Staff (and chef) does a wonderful job - I have many food allergies. They are always paying attention to that for me 😃

nice place. staff was friendly and helpful. menu was clear an stated what was gluten free which was most of the menu. pizza was good. they provided the full ingredient list for the crust as well as thier handling procedures. it was very helpful since they were proactive with answers to all the questions I would have asked. crust was strong enough to pickup a slice and a little crispy at the ends. it could be crisper and could have more flavor. I thought the crust itself was kind of bland. the pizza combination all seem great and the one we had was a great myriad of savory and salty flavors. I certainly recommended you try it here.

We were thrilled to learn that Baba Louie's now has gluten free crust. The staff was attentive and knowledgable and the food was delicious. We are so glad to have this as an option when we are visiting this area, which we do often. V

I called ahead and they seemed to understand cc and take GF seriously. While they did take precautions with the pizza, it’s cooked in a shared oven, so I steered clear. I ordered the chicken wings, “fries” (really just baked sweet potato wedges), and a Greek salad. They said the wings and sweets were baked in a separate oven. Nothing was amazing, but the meal was fine, and most importantly, I didn’t get sick. If you’re looking for a safe meal in GB, I recommend it.

This is a fantastic celiac-safe restaurant. Our waitress immediately knew what on the menu was gluten free, and they carefully follow protocols to avoid cross-contamination. I later learned that the owner of the restaurant is married to a woman with celiac disease…..so when they say they know celiac disease, you can trust that they REALLY do!
