Back Yard Burgers

I went here after reding some reviews and ordered the two turkey patties with lettuce only, as suggested. They were reluctant to give me "extra" lettuce without an up charge...even though I didn't get the bun or other toppings. And to top it off, it was $10.00 for two little patties.

I will not go back. Quite unfriendly.

I have been going here for several years without any problem. I order two plain turkey patties in a 'boat' with lots of lettuce on the side and make mini lettuce wraps. Very yummy and have never gotten sick. This is gluten-free and milk-free. I have also been fine with their waffle fries.

Scary place. The woman at the counter didn't seem know or and didn't care what GF was. Luckily her manager was behind her. He confirmed that they do not do gluten free.. They were not sympathetic and I couldn't run out of there fast enough.

Lettuce wrapped or no bun options for all sandwiches. Also great strawberry walnut salad with made from scratch dressing.

They now have an allergen menu available online as a PDF! Most of their chicken and burgers can be GF without a bun, comes on a tray with the fixings sans the bun. Their blackened chicken is amazing as are their turkey or Angus burgers. You cannot eat the French fries. I am very sensitive to the tiniest trace of gluten and did not have any issues at all at this one. Is right off the interstate in a gas station.

Cumming GA store does not use a dedicates fryer for the fries. But the baked potato and chili beats Wendy's any day of the week! Yum!

As usual, there are gluten free choices such as salad, Chili, etc. but good news!!! Their fries are GF!!! All the fries are fried in their own oil and not with the chicken and other breaded items!
