Ordered GF Ziti with pomodoro sauce and nearly instantly was violently sick. Would not recommend to eat here gluten free.

Has gluten free ziti noodles available. They were willing to work with me, basically made chicken alfredo with the gluten free noodles. Salad is also gluten free. Everything was very tasty.

I had a great experience at Battista’s! Giovanni, my server, made excellent recommendations for a gluten free meal. He and the chef went out of their way to ensure my meal was gluten free. The chef was even conscious enough to hold a certain menu item for fear of cross contamination. The restaurant offers gluten free pasta. I will definitely be going back.

I went with a group of 14. I had high hopes based on other reviews. Waitress was rather dismissive as she rattled off what I could have ( salad with oil and vinegar, ziti with plain meat sauce) I also cannot have dairy and soy but could barely get her to stop long enough to listen to me. When I asked her to come back to me to verify that she heard me, she said “Don’t worry honey, I do this every day. stay away from the bread though”( as if I didn’t know this?) Results? It took me 3 days to be able to eat again after that meal. I am still dealing with the fatigue and joint pain and will be for a few more weeks, so I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Don’t let the “hole in the wall” fool you - this restaurant was amazing! Great food, helpful staff and they are very accommodating. They have gluten free pasta and made a separate salad for me excluding gluten ingredients. Pasta was cooked in separate water. Free endless house wine too! I would go here again.

Knowledge of safe handling and did well on the service. Had the sausage cacciatore and basic side salad (not the house dressing) and it was a decent amount of food. Careful on the red wine, not sure if was in my head, but my detector did go off after a couple of sips. Head chef mentioned the wine may not be GF, but less than 20ppm.
