I had the gluten free pancakes. They were great and I had no issues. Spoke with the owner who was kind and very helpful. Would recommend.

Delicious gluten free pancakes. My family enjoyed their non gluten free meal as well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice mom and pop type restaurant.

The pancakes are great. I know another person said they were thin but they are filling. I couldn’t get through the stack. Very reasonable $.99 up charge is all!! Bacon is very good.

Great little Cafe. Very friendly. Bottomless cup of coffee like years gone by. Obviously locals dining inside. Waitress asked if Celiac or intolerance. Both GF breakfasts items were very good. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Pineapple Upside Down pancakes with bacon. We only ate breakfast but they have a lunch menu also. They also have decafe expresso for drinks like Starbucks does if caffeine is an issue. Great breakfast Cafe. We would eat here again.

The waiter was awesome and friendly (had a dope bat tattoo) I got the upside-down pancakes and hash which was awesome 😎

My daughter is very sensitive to cross contamination. She ordered the GF pancakes with bacon. Pancakes were very thin so next time she will order additional. I asked the waitress if the syrup was GF as well. She went in the back and brought out the entire bottle of syrup so that I could check for myself! Really appreciated that. My daughter had no reaction to the food and said she would definitely go back again.

We visited here based off other's experiences. Our experience was good also. We did not mention the need to take precautions and just ordered things that were labeled GF. Since we have one Celiac and one gluten intolerant, we were thankful to find a good breakfast spot on our trip where we could all order something tasty and not become ill. (The gluten free pancakes were large and quite tasty.)

Great friendly environment where there are many types of drinks. I've never gotten sick off of the gluten free pancakes so I highly recommend this place!

Extensive menu, dedicated GF meals (clearly marked on menu). Great service and atmosphere ... great coffee too! Menu has plenty of GF and non GF items so plenty of choices for everyone!

The highlight of my weekend was the meal I had here. The Beacon Breakfast was perfectly cooked, no reaction. Excellent service, super clean establishment with tasteful decor. I highly recommend it and hope to eat there again if I am ever back in the area!

Had the Beacon breakfast... eggs, sausage, potatoes and GF pancakes! The people were nice and the GF food was great!

My son has Celiac and we are new to the area. A neighbor mentioned that The Beacon is a good place, so we gave it a shot. My sister came in for the day and we headed there for lunch with my son. He had amazing French toast and bacon, both were cooked to perfection. He enjoyed his meal very much. His food was brought out separately, and I’m happy to say that he hasn’t gotten sick. He’s pretty sensitive so I’m very happy that they are serious about how they prepare gluten free foods. Everything was delicious! We had a very nice server, as well. We will be returning this weekend for lunch with other family members. I highly recommend.
