It’s a mixed bag on whether or not the waitstaff is knowledgeable about GF items. I’ve had both. That said, with some questions for the kitchen I’ve been able to eat several of their salads and dressings w/o issue. The salads are tasty and dressings are light and it is a nice, quiet place to have a healthy meal in an airport.

The hostess said "I've heard the salads are gluten free". Skipped.

Hostess was not friendly and said they could not provide gluten free options!! Not sure why they are on this app.

Best GF options at CLT by far, although pricey. $36 for two small plates and a small glass of (excellent) wine. Worth it for a civilized airport meal.

No GF menu but the server as well as the hostess were confident and knowledgeable. I had a salad that was quite large and filling. This is not airport food and not airport service.
