They no longer have a dedicated fryer and don't plan on replacing it.
This business hasn't had a dedicated fryer or any other gf accommodations "for a really long time now." The server sat us down and made us wait 10 minutes for this information, as we watched her fill the water glasses of every table around us before going into the kitchen to even check. Don't waste any time going here.

Waitress was not educated about celiac disease and their options available. Told me waffle fries were gluten free (I should've known better) got very sick from this place and would not recommend it for celiacs

Waitress tried to save me from the kitchen. Kitchen put crotons on the gluten free chefs salad. Waitress caught it at the table and took it back to be replaced. She brought what looked like a gluten free "new" salad. Eat about half and found a few crotons the kitchen missed when they picked off the crotons and have the waitress the "new" salad. Cannot recommend Bid A's!

Separate fryer for safe french fries. Good burger (ordered with no bun). I am very sensitive and had zero issues with this food. Kudos!

My husband and I eat at Big A's ALL the time! I was bummed thinking I might have to just eat a salad there. I talked to the sweet waitress and they DO have a dedicated fryer but it is smaller so things take a bit longer to cook. I can handle that! Very happy I get to still love Bug A's!!
Don't eat the ketchup! I don't think it's GF even though it's in a Heinz bottle. BBQ sauce is GF. Ranch is also ok, for me at least.

Not sure if they have a separate gluten-free menu but the staff is very accommodating when it comes to food allergies. They will even make gluten-free chicken wings in a separate fryer upon request (just give them a little extra lead time). My wife has gluten intolerance but has not had any reaction to the wings.
