The food is good, although pretty expensive, and I didn't have any issues despite being very sensitive to gluten. They've updated their menu since I was there a couple of years ago and they have quite a few GF options now which are clearly marked on the menu.

Shrimp and grits are phenomenal! One of my favorite restaurants. I'm extremely sensitive and never get sick.

I really like that their menu is marked so I could tell what was safe to eat. The steak was delicious and I really enjoyed the Bri appetizer.

This location moved since the last time I went here. At the old location they were extremely accommodating and were very knowledgeable. Firstly they DON'T have a gfree menu! There also is no gfree pasta either as lisied. They said they would guide me to order. When server asked chef what I could have, he said any protein. I noticed several of the proteins had soy sauce though. I decided to go with the shrimp and grits because despite it being considerably more expensive I thought it would at least be safe for me to eat. It came with a side, but she said fries didn't have a dedicated fryer. The only other one that appeared ok was the coleslaw. When it came to table I asked are you sure that's gfree, because it looks dark (soy sauce). She said she thought it was ok but she'd go ask. She came back out and said chef said it has a "little", and if I was sensitive I better not eat it. She offered vegetables (they weren't listed on menu), brought them out. They were just plain steamed veggies. How boring are plain veggies? I at least jazz them up a bit with herbs at home. IMHO this place is no longer safe for celiac people to eat at. Also I felt we could have gone elsewhere that was a lot better for the same cost. I felt sorry for the server because she was nice and tried, but just wasn't trained for my questions.
