I went with a large group last week and I was the only GF person. They took every precaution possible to ensure my safety and the pizza was delicious...

Employee that made my pizza made sure it didn’t touch anything with wheat and was very conscientious about asking what my allergies were

Blaze has some of my favorite gf pizza. They have multiple gf dough options (original is my favorite) and you can have most toppings. It is a pizza place with regular wheat crust so there is high chance of cross contamination but they can use separate trays, change gloves, and use new pizza cutters. They say to be cautious if you have celiac.

Both times we’ve been since diagnosed, they are very good at glove change, separate serving utensils and baking pan, and if an employee doesn’t know protocol, they ask a manager
Yes
They are very safe when it comes to gluten. They have a gluten free glove change, have a separate sauce, separate tools, and your pizza rarely touches some where a gluten filled pizza has touched. Also they have vegan cheese.
Yes
Great place for gluten sensitive they change gloves, good GF crust, protocol or cooking away from gluten pizza. We have tested with Nila sensor and for cross contamination so not recommended for celiac.
No
This place is awesome! Very attentive to our needs. One of the managers came out to speak to us while we were eating, and I really appreciated her taking that time to do so. We have 4 family members with gluten sensitivities and none of us have gotten sick afterward.
Husband is a celiac and the staff has always been cautious and polite. One of the managers has a family member who is a celiac and she is always very attentive. Been here several times with no issues. The staff does glove changes without an issue.

First time I ate there they were very diligent and I had no reactions. The second time I visited they tried hard to keep it safe but the cross contamination was inevitable. It was the sickest I have been in years. It was a dumb idea to eat there. It's a pizza place for heavens sake.

Worst experience ever at Paddock Shop location. Took 3 times for them to get the crust ready, then barely cooked the pizza. Entire family of 6 had already eaten their meal. Manager then makes me new pizza and kid starts cutting with regular cutter. 20 people working behind the line and they are untrained. I would not recommend eating there.

Every pizza I have tried has been delicious. They change gloves, have special sauce areas, and utensils. Must staff are friendly and willing to make sure pizza remains GF.
No
they use special trays, ensure glove change and special sauce pot so it isn't touching both crusts. I have celiac and felt fine after eating here. enjoyed the food, speed, and the price.
Yes
They clean the press and use a special tray. I wouldn't recommend it for celiacs, but good for sensitive. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. Delicious pizza and not too expensive.

I have been to Blaze restaurants that use precautions in preparing GF pizzas. This isn’t one of them. We ordered 2 GF pizzas for my daughter and I, and the fellow (not his fault, obviously had no training) took two of the cooking discs out of a pile of flour from the regular station. He put our GF dough on top of the flour covered discs. We apologized for the inconvenience and left. Blaze is in general a terribly run franchise system. Very disappointing.

They have great gluten free crust. It’s especially good if you ask for it well done as it helps get it more crispy. They are pretty good at changing gloves and asking if it is an allergy.

This location had been good in the past and made sure to take precautions including getting fresh toppings but not so great the past year. I’ve tried multiple times to go back and every time over the past year, I have walked out without ordering as they make me extremely uncomfortable. Every time I go they have a change in staff. When I ask about celiac friendly, they advise they change their gloves, have a gf dough, and have a separate “allergy” sauce, but they WILL NOT use separate toppings. So therefore you will be glutened. When I’ve inquired but getting fresh toppings they have advised they can’t do that. If you try this place be TAKE CAUTION.
They offer a Gluten free option but sadly there's a high risk of cross contamination. There are very few employees that care enough to acknowledge your celiac concerns and use ingredients separate from the front counter. I've been to this location twice and the 2nd time was the awful experience that made me stop going.

Excellent pizza! I had the regular GF crust and it was quite tasty. I also have to give them credit for switching out the crust twice when they pulled them out and they had small rips in the bottom. They said it was already fragile, so they wanted a good one. Excellent customer service!
