Traveling always adds a level of stress for a simple basic need...food. This gem was one amazing find. Breakfast sandwich was amazing. A must have when in the area.
The sandwiches were delicious that we had for lunch and the owner was super sweet and helped us to our car with all the extra goodies we bought to take home!

The owner is both celiac and diabetic, so all of it is gluten free and low glycemic, even the cupcakes and deserts! We bought some garlic focaccia after trying one of the samples set out and bought a whole loaf that we finished while driving that day lol. They have gf sourdough! How cool! The cupcakes are very different from normal cupcakes, they are not nearly as sweet, but very moist, and the icing is a nice sweet bite. I had a red velvet which was made with beans and beets, so interesting! We'd all be much better off if we ate cupcakes like this all the time.
THEY HAVE GF SOURDOUGH! So delicious. The entire establishment is safe and the owner is very nice and a fellow celiac. Lots of vegan options as well.

Great find in paso. Everything gluten free and low GI. Enjoyed a very tasty meatloaf sandwich and chili. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Very cute baking shop in town. Stopped in on our way back to the Bay Area. They're open until 4pm daily, closed Sunday. Loved the crackers with garlic and herbs! Owner is super friendly and welcoming, and they serve sandwiches and breakfast!
This is an absolutely wonderful little bakery and deli! The premises are completely gluten-free. The food is all low sugar, but sooo good. There's no no sugar rush and crash like most GF bakeries! We tried the red velvet cupcake, an apple cinnamon cupcake, some muffins, and the crackers. It was all delicious, and the owner was a sweetheart. We called ahead and discovered that we were going to arrive just after closing. She said she'd open up for us when we got there, which she did. All the cupcakes had ben put away, so she invited us back into the kitchen to make our selections.
