Practically every thing on the menu had a gluten free option, including their delicious homemade gluten free bread! Their seasonal menu has so many fantastic flavor options and everything was extremely fresh. I want to go back and try everything! the servers were friendly, even though it was a busy Sunday morning. it's a relaxed, casual atmosphere and great prices for the quality of the food.

I have gluten, dairy & mushroom allergies. Michelle made sure my delicious frittata (homemade chorizo, sweet potato and carmelized onion) was completely safe. And I had the BEST gf bread. It had teff in it which gave it a taste reminiscent of sour dough. Loved it! Wish I could import this place to my home town.

Friendly staff, over-proceed mediocre food, watered down coffee. Will not be going back.

Loads of gluten-free options, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. For the record, every staff member we spoke with was gluten-free, with a few celiacs in the mix. The food was great- we'll definitely come again!

Breakfast was delicious! Had breakfast 4 mornings in a row. My Celiac daughter ate GF French toast every morning and loved it! She had no reaction! This restaurant has become our go to for breakfast last couple of years while staying in Traverse City.

Horrible! Upon getting my sandwich I questioned if it was GF bread, told yes and got an attitude from server. Trusted her, took one bite and knew, sent it back and then she said it was a mistake- no apology! Would not recommend just for service alone.

Be careful if you are celiac. While the bread is tasty it's made in a shared kitchen and sits out in the open, unpackaged, on a shelf loaded with white/wheat flour products.

Fabulous menu, best carrot ginger soup I've ever had in my life and homemade gluten-free bread. They use local farm eggs as well as many other local fresh ingredients. The service as well as the food options were exceptional. Price is very reasonable; hours are 7-3 PM Monday through Saturday.
