We had an amazing lunch at Blue Sage. All GF- the menu was not labeled but the waitress knew what was and was not naturally GF as well as what could be changed to make it GF. We will def be back again! The food was so fresh and delicious!!

So many gf options, more than half the menu was gf. :) The best was so many gf desserts!!

thank god our waitress was honest. We left because she let us know that cross contamination is an issue in their small kitchen. NOT SAFE for celiacs

Great food. Big portions. Depth of flavor is amazing. The grits taste like a rich risotto

Blue Sage is a vegetarian restaurant that even the biggest carnivore would love. Many of their dishes are naturally gluten free, and others they will make substitutes. The staff are very knowledgeable about GF dining and other allergies as well. The restaurant is very good about accommodations. I've eaten there a few times in the last few months and have not gotten sick :) This place is also BYOB which I love.
