Menu board clearly states that all meats, sauces and corn tortillas are gluten free. Food is served from a hot line, similar to Chipotle. There could be a possibility of cross contamination but if you are ok with Chipotle, then this should be ok too.

Tacos were very good but confidence in the GF of some items was not high due to communication problems. They did tells us they use bread in their ground beef filling but other filings were GF.

The guy at the counter said everything had gluten in it. I didn't see the menu notice mentioned in the other review. Food looked great but the guy working the counter unequivocally denied having gf options

The lady working the counter didn't seem to know what gluten free meant. I got a burrito bowl (which was fantastic). But I'm sure you could find other gluten free options. However, it didn't list them anywhere.

Typical taco joint with menu clearly marked "all meats, sauces, rice, beans & tortillas are GF". Tasty too. This review specific to Seattle Center Armory location though I suspect other closeby locations are similar.

I asked if the chips were gluten free and they said no. My guess is the only thing that is gluten free there is the drinks. They did have decent horchata though.

It was okay. The tortilla chips were my favorite part. I had a bowl, and it was pretty good.

Yes this is set up like chipotle but here they wouldn't get out fresh cheese or lettuce even when I asked, and the only vegetarian gf option was the grilled fajita style veggies. I asked if the vegan sausage was gf and the guy helping me said yes and then the manager casually says they're made of wheat so won't be gf. So, ask lots of questions and don't expect anyone to smile at you while they change their gloves. Food is ok. I think I'll bring a Larabar to eat next time instead.
