I called ahead and was told that they had an allergy protocol and could accommodate several GF options. My waiter wasn’t quite as helpful and basically told me to get the enchiladas or salad, but he did know to steer me away from tortilla chips made in a shared fryer. I liked the beef enchiladas and so far I feel good (though I’m not the most reactive celiac)!

Amazing!!! I am very sensitive celiac. They were very friendly with my requests. I was able to get their surf and turf with the sauces. So so good! We left happy and full. I did not get sick so they did a great job. And it was so yummy. Going back to try their gf molten lava cake tonight. Woot woot!!

I’ve just been diagnosed, so I’m still overwhelmed with everything I need to watch out for. The salads and seasonal veggies seem to be the best bet for those unsure of what they can eat!
I ordered delivery and the person that took my call ran to the kitchen with the questions I had and offered to serve salad dressing on the side and pointed me to yummy dessert options :)

Stopped here while we were in town on vacation and was super impressed by the knowledge the staff had about Celiac and how careful they were. Will know in a couple hours of I got cross contaminated but I’m optimistic!
This is my go-to GF restaurant in Los Alamos. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to CC and I have never been ill after eating here. Oh, and the food is awesome.
Yes
They did not have a gluten-free menu, but the waiter was very knowledgeable and was able to suggest several different options. I had the pork loin with a barbecue-hollandaise sauce (it did not taste like a barbecue sauce), mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables that were cooked perfectly.
