Limited gf options but all my kiddo wanted was a burger. They had gf buns and now they have a dedicated fryer which means French fries for the kiddo! Waitress was extra cautious even double checking things in the back for us.

Most disappointing dining attempt in Salida. Server said all tacos were off limits due to a marinade. I settled on a burger. Burger arrived on some especially soft bread, and it was obviously not GF. Should have left at this point, but, I was already invested after the waitlist. Server couldclearly not wait to be done with me :( I repeated that they could not just just swap the bread, though the second order was out very fast and I had my doubts. Feeling sick minutes after just from the likelihood of the mistake it was eating here. Either head to The Fritz, or go to Buena Vista.

Staff was very knowledgeable. The steak and the ahi are not GF otherwise all their meats are GF. My son and I are both celiac and had a wonderful experience and meal here. They have GF buns and corn tortillas. They do not have a dedicated fryer.
Yes
They used to have lots of Gf options but they changed recently and only a few dishes are GF now. Most of their meat is marinated and not safe now. It's very sad as they had some amazing dishes.
Tacos were delicious and well crafted together with just the perfect ingredients. Wings and Edamame are probably off limits. Otherwise it hit the spot! And we even had a wonderful waitress
Yes
Both my daughter and myself ate here with a party of 15. We both have Celiac, and both had the same meal. Cheeseburger on a GF bun with Bacon, and a side salad. About 3 hours later I knew I had been Glutoned. My daughter made it through unscathed. The only difference is I ate the side salad with ranch, and she did not. So it was either croutons that were removed, or the ranch dressing that caused it. I can say that the burgers and buns are safe.
Had the shrimp tacos-very tasty. They goofed up both our orders but made them right without a fuss. Seemed knowledgeable but not sure-no reaction so far. Have a very nice local cider.
Gluten free bread and buns. Most tacos were gf (all had options of corn tortilla). Had 3 gf beers and ciders too. No separate space and no dedicated fryer, just FYI. Still was very delicious!
Delicious burger with the best gluten free bun I've had!!!
Waitress was knowledgeable and they took steps to prevent cross contamination. Fries and tortilla chips are not done in dedicated fryer though.
The carne asada tacos were good. But, eating there is a calculated risk as they really don't take precautions. There is no designated frier and the grill isn't cleaned off.
No
They have gluten free tortillas and buns available for most of the meals. The food is pretty good and they are right on the river, so they open the windows on nice days.
Very knowledgeable staff and directed me to many options. Server went back and forth to ask questions to the kitchen. I had the pork green chili. Awesome
