The food was good, don't get me wrong, but I was definitely glutened during this visit. I came with a larger group and specified my need for a GF menu (which they do have). According to the GF menu, all omelets are safe to eat. One of their omelets has a ranchero sauce on it. I asked the waitress whether or not the sauce was GF, to which she looked at my menu and told me since it wasn't specifically listed, it probably was not. And that was the end of it. I selected a different menu item, and specifically told her to please mark it as gluten free, gluten is an allergy, and to request a glove change. Guessing by the way I feel, I don't think my requests were honored. I'm terribly disappointed.
Definitely not as impressed by their number of GF options as I thought I was going to be. I went here with high hopes but was greatly underwhelmed. I don’t think most of their staff knew about their GF menu. This was concerning. I believe the menu was old and has not been updated in a while. The options that they actually still have on the menu, do not have a description of the items. I had to look back and forth from the GF menu to the regular menu just to see what each item consisted of. I got the bacon cheeseburger plain with a lettuce wrap and hashbrowns. They ended up putting the veggies on there anyways, so I just took them off. The waiter assured me that he watched them prepare it and it should be safe. When I asked them if they could clean the area they prepared it, they said they couldn’t. This was aggravating but most of the items that would be cooked on the grill were GF so I went ahead and ordered it anyways. I did not get sick but am nervous to go there in the future. Eat here with caution!

Looking at the gf menu, all proteins on it were cooked on a shared cross-contaminated surface, and they didn't have pans to make it separately. They also had a general vibe of not willing to accommodate the difficult one.

I told the waitress I have a gluten allergy (I was advised to use the word "allergy" because wait staff pays attention to it. The waitress flat out told me the kitchen staff doesn't pay attention to any of that and not to eat anything that is grilled, which leaves me with a side salad, no croutons. She said she can watch them wash the grill, but they will use the same spatula. I appreciate her being up front with me about it. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for anyone that is gluten sensitive or has celiac's.

Location had a branded Bob Evans menu for gluten-sensitive and a Celiac statement. Typical ‘we do our best to not cross-contaminate’ statement, but we were happy that the took Celiac and GF seriously. All we got was the bacon for our GF 9yo.

It started when I called and asked if they had gluten-free toast ...they told me that they did over the phone but when I got here I found that there is nothing on the gluten-free menu that isn't on every other restaurants menu. Eggs, omelets. etc. I'm traveling with my certified Service Animal. I have all of his documentation and I'm wearing a badge that tells who he is and what medical condition he is for. The manager at this Bob Evans in Branson Missouri is named Christy. She came over to us and told me that we could not have his water bowl which is 2" in circumference on our table and he was not allowed to drink water in the restaurant. We tried to order a piece of grilled chicken for him and she said she could not make any food for my service animal. She told me she was already breaking health code by allowing him to be in the restaurant. I told her that he is a certified service animal and showed her my documentation. She said that if he stays he is not allowed to drink water here. Of course we offered to pay for my coffee and we left. If you are gluten free there are so many better places that have wonderful items on their menu.
