If you tell your server you are coeliac, they immediately change their gloves and explain what you can have. I get either the salad or the burrito bowl. They are really filling and delicious, one of my favourite places to go! Allergen information is usually on the wall somewhere while you're queueing. Great if you're like me and hate asking!

While not explicitly mentioned on the menu there are tacos (the corn hard shell ones), salads and burritos in a bowl which can be gotten gluten free. All dishes are made to order like a sandwich bar and staff are very friendly and will happily tell you what is suitable. Very tasty and almost all of the filings are suitable, just the tortillas as a base are not suitable last time I was there.

I had a take away salad with chicken and guacamole. They were very attentive to being gluten and dairy free double checking the contents. Very tasty

Honestly 10/10 eat this all the time and never feel sick. They have allergens listed online and very safe. Always ask them to change their gloves when they make my fajita bowl. Mexican rice, chicken, peppers and onions, cheese. Sour cream

Gave me brand new untouched rice. Wasn’t able to have the rice I wanted but regardless I was able to eat. NEED to ask for an employee who understands coeliac, not all understand. There is a risk of cross contamination I think just from spooning things on to the wraps, but the wraps are the only gluten thing there. I didn’t get sick anyway

Quite possibly one of the most vile places I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. If I have ordered from there 5 times literally not one single time have they got my order right. There's always a missing ingredient, or the wrong product, or the wrong size, always something. And every time I call to have themfix the problem, they tell me to just get a partial refund from deliveroo (which is always credit)

The most recent time they left out an ice cream and I rang them, and this time said I did't want a partial credit refund. I wanted my food.

They took no responsibility, no apology for the mistakes, no apology for the fact that they did not give me the food I ordered, no offer to send out my missing item, and further more had the audacity to become rude, become confrontational, act like a hormonal teenager, and treat me like I was been unreasonable for simply wanting the food I paid, after now 5 unsuccessful attempts.

They hung up, refused to answer the phone, to my number or even any other numbers that I called from later. (They either left the phone off the hook, or screened all calls for the next 20 or so minutes)

I don't know if it was just one guy, but this particular store is incompetent, disrespectful, rude, and literal physical scum.

I will never order from this boojum again, I can only assume that member of staff will be fired as if he has treated anyone else with the same content he has treated me there will be dozens of complaints against him.
