First time visiting a Boost since being diagnosed coeliac. I was very nervous, but checked the website multiple times - online you can see which drinks are marked as GF, and the staff member also had a booklet which she checked this in for me. It was comforting having staff who were friendly and willing to check these things. If you’re extremely sensitive to cross contamination, I wouldn’t recommend going here as they don’t seem to take any particular precautions with gluten free drinks. They do seem to clean the blenders in between but not guaranteed. I’m sure they’d take the extra step if you asked. I had the Banana Buzz, all ingredients were gluten free and had no reaction or symptoms in the many hours afterward. It’s nice to know this place is a possibility.
