The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and specific that items were made without gluten and specifically warned us of cross contamination possibilities. Saturday is when all equipment is cleaned and oil is changed. For my daughter who has a gluten sensitivity, this was good for her. She liked her chocolate cupcake and donut. We will be back.
No
So we need to clarify- this is not gluten free, but WITHOUT gluten. The folks working there were very specific about that. It's a real working bakery so the chance of cross contamination is HIGH. However, the oil was new for the donuts so we did give those a try. Flavor wasn't bad, still that crumbly gluten-free existence. Bread was some of the worst I've had. Yuck! Crumbly and flavorless. We got some cookies and I felt they were very overpriced. Again, super crumbly, a mess all over the place. To the point that every time I tried to pick one up, it broke in pieces. Flavor was there but of the multiple varieties we tasted the flavor was pretty much the same for every one. There are better options for gluten free in the area. Avoid Branya's.
i have not been there yet; but this is the closest gluten free bakery to my city. they have gluten free doughnuts, muffins, cookies, brownies, and breads. For lunch she has gluten free sandwiches salads and soups.
