Delicious! No up charge for vegan cheese is very cool of them.

Just be clear when ordering about gluten free crust and or dairy free for all ingredients and you will be so pleased.

Brixx is hit or miss. Go in the afternoon when they are empty and you might get lucky and have good service AND a gluten free experience.

I have eaten at Brixx 5+ times, as I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I have celiac, and everytime I eat there I get sick. :( The food is good, but it's no longer worth it. I even tried a salad with their gluten free dressing and still got sick. My family loves this place, so I recently went back. As we ordered, the server told me that they do not recommend this place for celiac disease folks, as, according to him, "there is flour flying all over the kitchen, so it gets in toppings, etc." It's a shame that they cannot manage to control their kitchen...their menu says that the GF pizza is prepared in a separate work area, but apparently, that doesn't matter if all the toppings are covered in flour. Be warned.

Delish!!! Pizza in a separate bowl thing that makes it not touch the oven racks!! I got the chicken and four cheese- ask for separate gf menu/ it says what toppings are gf! Wonderful and fast!

The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.

The cauliflower crust is gluten free but not cooked in its own pan like the GF crust. I was not informed of this and was served a contaminated pizza.
