Amazing chalupas, salsas, and meats! The meats are all natural (hormone & antibiotic free); the bison is delicious! Bob and his wife are warm and knowledgeable, so I'll make sure to support them whenever I'm in town :)

In from Phx and LOVED their Texas hospitality! The food was so fresh & healthy! No grease AT ALL plus they had great gluten free options! Definitely try the salsa...

Amazing, healthy food that is naturally gluten free! Buffalo Bob and his wife make your food with love and care. They are a joy to visit with if it's not too busy. A shouldn't be missed spot for sure! One of the few truly gf food trucks Afterwards you can get frozen dairy free goodness next door at Bananarchy.

Anything with the TX hummus contains gluten because it is made with beer. Everything else is gluten free. Bob was really nice and said he started the trailer because his wife is gluten intolerant. Everything there is delicious!

Wow, I have had many chalupas in my day but this tops them all. Everything was real fresh and the combination of ingredients made a burst of unexpected flavors. So glad to find gluten free choices that taste so good.
