Must mention gluten free when ordering. Favorite gluten free wing place. I love all their options.
Yes
The staff was sympathetic to the allergy but this app is what’s mostly getting the 2 stars. If something is fried in the same oil as an item containing gluten, it’s contaminated. Everything at BWW is fried in the same oil. Maybe some people are more sensitive than others, but this is FAR from Celiac Friendly when it comes to the risk of cross contamination.
No
My go to place when we all want to eat out. Be sure to mention allergy when ordering as the cooks are trained for certain procedures to try to limit cross contamination.
I don't chance cross contamination with eating the fries.
Yes
Many gluten free flavored wings options . No dedicated fryer
Yes
No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.

They have dedicated fryers I have successfully ate there multiple times

It’s been a few years and I have to update my review. Risk of cross contamination is high and I’ve been glutened here before. There’s better options, especially for the prices.
