They have a lot of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. Confirmed they do use a dedicated fryer for their French fries. The fries are pretty thin fries - a little smaller than standard French fries and a little bigger than shoestring fries. They have multiple sauces that are GF. They also have GF shakes, which is a bonus!!

Awesome! Order the GF grilled cheese for my son. He loved it. Ordered through DoorDash. I loved the part of the order where they put his in his own separately labeled bag.

Very good experience. The cashier told the cooks to change gloves before preparing my food in a separate area and confirmed that the fries are made in a separate fryer. I felt very safe eating here.

They wanted to take the goat cheese out of he salad since they weren’t sure if it had a gluten contamination. The cheese is what makes the salad!!!!! I walked out in frustration and ate next door at Tijuana Flats.

Not a lot of GF options. Their fries aren’t and none of their non-beef burgers are either. I had to get grilled chicken strips and it only came for a few and no GF sides. Also most of their condiments are off limits. I was really disappointed since this was so highly rated on this app I thought for sure I’d be satisfied but I wasn’t.

Great gluten free menu. Great bun, burger and fries.

Even though Burger 21 is a chain, this location always takes it so seriously. They have many options for burgers, fries, and yes shakes. The workers there get the seriousness and that is why we always return to this location.

Great gluten free menu- they are up by the register. Shroom burger and fries were very good! They also have gluten free beer (prairie path!). Will absolutely be back!!!

We have eaten here many times and every time our GF order is treated carefully. Their GF food is amazing and we love having a family friendly place that is so accommodating.

Great burgers never had an issue eating there. GF fries are great as well.

Extremely well trained staff, full flavor burgers, dedicated fryer for fries, and a sauce bar with many many options. I couldn't ask for more!

A great option for burgers. I always get a salad and fries and the salad is just ok, but the fries are great! Dedicated friers!

Our family has eaten at this location many times. Always delicious and celiac safe for both myself and 2 boys. The gf dipping sauce options are a must with the sweet potato fries-yum! It's one of the few restaurants we feel safe to eat at in the area.

I love the GF options at all Burger 21 restaurants... so tasty! However, we've had problems at this particular site. On our first visit, we waited for 10 minutes to order (with no one else in front of us) while one of the workers flirted with someone who walked in after us and then they served my GF burger and my husband's regular burger 15-20 minutes apart, so that the first burger was cold... then our second visit, they completely forgot my burger. We'll revisit Burger 21, just not at this location.

Delicious. However, I got sick the following day. Pretty sure it was from cross contamination. I will not be going back.

Really enjoyed our experience here today! I felt they took our allergy very seriously and the food was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were so good too! Definitely recommend as they have quite a few things on the menu that are GF.

Tasty burger and fries! The menu was very descriptive as to what is and is not gluten free, and even lists sauces. Didn’t get sick! Food quality was good; on par with Red Robin.
