If you've been gluten free for a number of years and are craving gyro meat, this is your place! This is a homemade version of gyro meat, and better than any commercial version I've ever had, (which is filled with bread crumbs by the way). Byblos' version is real ground beef and lamb mixed with all of the spices you love in gyro meat, and is actually juicy and succulent. I work in Burnsville, so my commute is short. But it's definitely worth the drive if you're coming from a distance. Michael was very concerned about my intolerance and discussed my options. What great, personable service. I'm over the moon and definitely going back! I'm extremely intolerant to any kind of wheat product and I felt great after my meal. I believe this place is very gluten sensitive and celiac friendly.
Michael, the owner, asks every single table if they have any allergies be should worry about and then walks you through his menu. He can offer many things on his menu gf. Great experience!
