Cabo Bob's

Everything here is gluten free except the flour tortillas. My son has celiac and likes their bean and cheese tacos and chips and queso. I told them that we needed the order to be gluten free for celiac and they assigned 1 person to change gloves and prepare our order of tacos. They warmed the corn tortillas on a new sheet of foil so they didn’t touch the griddle. The guy making our tacos even asked someone else to ladle the toppings on so he wouldn’t have to touch the handle of the ladle before wrapping up the tacos. They seemed happy to accommodate us and we were so grateful!

I loved Cabo Bob's before I had Celiac. Best burritos in Austin. I tried yesterday but got sick afterwards, even with the manager right there pointing out the GF items. Great food but not celiac friendly

They changed gloves when I placed gf order. The manager prepared our tacos specially. Son and I are both celiac.

I was able to get a bowl with rice, beans and avocado; all ingredients were fresh and I could pick from an array of options. Corn tortilla were fresh. Not sure how meat is prepared or if there is cross contamination, so celiacs, beware
