Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho

We ate here on a business trip. The waitress was super helpful with providing me options from the regular menu and confirmed my choice with the chef. Food was delicious, large portions.

Staff not knowledgeable. Told me to stick with entrees containing corn tortillas. Meats are marinated and they are unsure if they contain gluten. No specific gluten free options. Rolled the dice and just ordered rice, black beans and street corn. Asked our server to check with the cook to see if those were gluten free. They couldn’t tell me.

Friendly and helpful. Gf options with no issues! Yummy margaritas too!

The servers were very good at communicating with the chef who was very knowledgeable. They were quick to point out what was celiac safe vs "gluten friendly". Amazing Mexican food. Highly recommend.
