The staff stated that, although they do not have dedicated kitchen space for GF food, they do change gloves and utensils, including pots and pans to ensure minimal risk of cross-contamination. This is not a dedicated GF restaurant, but I did not become ill. The server, Joe, had experience as a caretaker for a child with Celiac Disease and was very helpful in explaining the preparation methods for the food as well as suggesting the safest dishes for me. All of the meals offered were wholesome, healthy and delicious meals with beautiful, fresh ingredients. My mother (not gf) ordered a salad with vegan "chorizo" tempeh and she loved it. I would definitely go to this restaurant again.
