GF BBQ Chicken Pizza was fantastic!! Placed an order online through grub hub and called to make sure they took the proper precautions. They were very nice on the phone and there was a note on our receipt for the kitchen staff to talk to the manager about our order. I had no issues!

I actually was surprised a pizza kitchen was safe. Only some pizzas and salads can be made gluten free, but the ones that can be are marked on the menu so it’s easy to identify. but they said they have a separate pan they cook it in to prevent cross contamination. When you order, don’t just order the cauliflower crust, say you need the certified gluten free one. If you’d at you have an allergy, food comes out marked with a “gluten free” wooden stick. I felt very safe! The BBQ pizza was delicious!

They reviewed with me their procedures for making gluten free pizza and I felt confident. Separate prep area, separate pans and ingredients. Take out came with a “gluten free” tape closure. Daughter is asymptomatic, so we have to go on their word.

Though they are careful about their gluten free pizzas, as a very sensitive celiac, I got sick after eating a specifically confirmed gluten free pizza. Maybe cross contamination? The crust wasn’t the best I’ve had, but they get a few stars for effort and menu options.

We have never had an issue here. They apparently have a dedicated space to make the GF pizzas. The GF pizza is brought out by a different server. They have completely GF separated toppings for 4 pizzas, but any pizza can be made on a GF crust though the toppings for the other pizzas may be shared and have a normal shared kitchen risk of cc.
