They have 4 pizzas that are gluten free and safe for people with celiac. Next month they’ll have the option of regular gf crust or cauliflower crust. I ordered the bbq chicken, and it was quite good.
Less than five minutes after ordering off the GF menu and telling the waitress it’s an intolerance and not a preference, she brought bread to the table and placed right in front of me.
Very aware of cross contamination concerns. The menu for certified gluten free pizzas was smaller, but still quite tasty.

The care that the staff took when it came to making sure that my meals would be gluten free was amazing. Unfortunately, although I am not sure if what the waiter told me is true, customization of the pizzas is impossible. While my main concern as a celiac is to stay away from gluten, I am also a vegetarian, and I was disappointed that I would have had to stick to a plain margherita pizza as the only vegetarian option. This is the despite the fact that the toppings I wanted to add were also included in the gluten free salads. My guess is that the gluten free pizzas are prepared ahead of time. I ended up ordering a Italian chopped salad, without the meat, with blue cheese dressing. The salad tasted nice and I appreciate that I did not have to worry about cross-contamination. However, salads are so easy to get that I would not have to go to a pizza place for them. Overall, a very good experience but there is definitely room for improvement. Gluten free desserts would be great.

Great pizza and the staff was super cautious with Gluten Free food handling to be sure he had it right, including making sure nothing had come in contact with my lemon for my hot water. Impressive food and the server was great attentive, conscientious! We'll be back.
I've ordered the chicken piccata several times and have never had a problem. I don't get it with the noodles and have asparagus instead, which is very tasty with the sauce on it. The manager came over to talk to me each time I ordered.
Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
