I have always gotten glutenned there. I have given it three chances the waiter the last time had an attitude when i was explaining about cross contamination, needless to say i got sick. I have spoken to the manager and ordered a grilled chicken salad and still got sick im assuming the grill is shared. If you are sensitive this is not your place.

Have easten here successfully twice now. Food very good but GF menu limited. However I give them 5 stars for creative and very tasty dishes, Gf tortilla chips and queso, and helpfulness. Ask to be seated in Ruben's section. He gets it and is very nice.

I HIGHLY recommend Cantina Laredo! I have never been treated so well I am not only gluten free but dairy and soy as well. The Manager (Jason) personally came to our table to ask what I was interested in so I told him something with chicken. He personally made my meal they made sure to clean the grill and the sautée pans they would use to make my meal. It was out of this world delicious shrimp stuffed chicken with spinach and tomatillo sauce with a side of asparagus. Also had an amazing waiter named Gavin. If you are in Nashville and looking for Mexican Cantina Laredo is definitely the place to go!!

Food, atmosphere, service are all excellent. I may have had some cross contamination following my visit. GF menu is limited, but offers interesting choices. if I don't there again without the reaction, I'll upgrade my rating. my family LOVES this place. NOT especially kid friendly. UPDATE: they now have a dedicated fryer for their starter chips and their tanleside guacomole is fantastic! Upgrading them from 3 stars to 4 immediately due to improved awareness of GF needs. Always discuss your choices with server, they can modify many dishes!

These guys are on top of their education about Celiac Disease (and other food allergies). I ordered a margarita and tacos (listed as gluten free). I told them I had Celiac. The manager came over to our table to say they cannot 100% cross contamination would my occur but they would do their very best. And then, they were highly concerned about my margarita. Apparently Triple Sec (unless it's Hiram Walker), is NOT gluten free. They said they would feel a lot more comfortable if they could replace it with a guaranteed gluten free liquor. They remade it and have me a new one. The chips are gluten free and I've always enjoyed the tacos. But I am floored by the the lengths the staff has gone to provide excellent service. Not only are they aware of it, but they actually taught me something! And I keep up with stuff. I highly recommend them.

I ate at the one in Terminal B. The menu is marked with a few option to ask your server about if you want GF. Chips are fried in contaminated oil and even the corn tortillas used in several of the GF labeled meals are dipped in same oil to make them soft. Waitress was confused when asked what really was GF for someone with an allergy. Ended up with a mango and chicken salad which was very good but I was disappointed in the lack of genuine GF options.

So I just discovered this gem and am in love. We went there on a Friday night. While our waiter was not the most knowledgeable on what parts of a meal might contain the gluten he kept saying he would ask and when he turned the order in he would type it in as GLUTEN-FREE. (I was asking about a dish that had some type of cream over it) While it was not very busy, except for Chipotle, I have NEVER gotten my food as fast as it came out here. I would guess 5 minutes but that just sounds preposterous. I got shrimp and spinach stuffed chicken. WOW. Talk about melt in your mouth delicious. Hubby got carne asada. It was perfection. I got a couple of sangria margaritas even though I didn't see them on the menu. They have a lot of margarita flavors. Their chips came with two different red salsas that were both delicious and had that "made in-house" flavor. There was a live band playing some latin type music. Selena came to mind. I was extremely sad that more people were not enjoying this restaurant that night. Check it out! The food was amazing!

I was not completely comfortable here as a newly diagnosed celiac. First, the manager could not find the gluten free menu. When asking the waitress about the seasoning in the tableside guacamole (which was DELICIOUS) she assured me it had no dairy. Well, that's lovely, but I don't have an issue with dairy. There were only 2 entrees marked gluten free on their regular menu, both shrimp dishes. So I ordered the chili relleno with shrimp. The cheese they use on it has flour in it, which I didn't realize, so I picked at a sad, dry stuffed pepper with no cheese. The servers were sweet, but I got the vibe that they are not completely prepared for a customer like me. Every time something was brought out from the kitchen, I got a little nervous. I also didn't advocate for myself enough and did not ask if they have seperate prep spaces, etc. for the GF food. Which was my mistake.

I asked our waitress and she said any of the taco options could also be made gluten free by changing to corn tortilla. I chose the chicken taco gf and it was awesome! Several of the apps have the gf triangle.

Not Celiac friendly- "gluten free" chips are fried in another frier that they dip corn-wheat blend tortillas. Very limited selection if you don't like shrimp. Not concerned with cross contamination, felt like I was bothering staff with my needs. Update: I got the food to-go because of a sneaking suspicion of cross contamination and it was too late to cancel the order. I would rather have the consequences happen at home rather than on the drive home. Sure enough I got sick. NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS.

I went to this place based on the great reviews (thanks everyone!) Their menu has changed and many things that we were once GF are no longer.
