Server/ staff are very knowledgeable about GF. If you tell them you're gf, they'll even ask about your sensitivity and if cross contamination is ok or not. They'll also bring out gf chips/ your own. They double check with the chef if things can be prepared gf too and if it has any cross contamination just in case which is SO appreciated. Have eaten here many times now safely!

My family and I eat here all the time. The staff was great!! Very helpful and they will fry you gluten free chips on request. The bean dip is GF but the salsa is not. We usually bring our own salsa. Enchiladas are great.

Everything was delicious and I was happy to see vegetarian options!

I called ahead of time and the staff person offered some options and said the server would be able to help. The server knew exactly what to do and made sure I was able to eat their delicious, amazing Mexican food. The guacamole appetizer and fish tacos are HIGHLY recommended!

Celiac friendly?

Went for margs and chips and salsa. Had separately fried gf chips and bean dip. The servers (we had three!!) all told me the salsa had a fried pepper in the homemade salsa, which made their version NOT gluten free. The margs, chips and bean dip was delicious. Service was awesome! Will go back again for a full gf meal.

I eat here often. The staff is knowledgeable. They will make chips in a separate frier if requested.

They were so helpful with food ingredient list, even having someone come out to confirm and ask questions after I ordered. The food was wonderful, presentation was lovely. I highly recommend Carmelita's!
