Hi! I am a manager at carved and I just want to clear some things up. We do take gluten allergies very seriously. When someone orders gluten free bread, we ask if it is a preference or allergy. The reason being is so if it is an allergy, we take proper procedures to ensure there is no cross contamination. All of our meats are gluten free as well as our salads. Our house made chips themselves are gluten free but the oil we fry them in is also used for chicken nuggets and mac n cheese bites. I've had people tell me they don't bother them. We do offer pre packaged gluten free chips. Our breads come from Food for Good Thought, a local bakery that hires people on the spectrum to help them try to live a normal life. This is NOT a celiac safe place. The chips are fried with other items. So NOT Gluten free. We unfortunately did not eat there as they were out of gluten free bread and staff did not seem well educated on items that would gluten free.

Very nice experience! All of their meats and homemade chips are GF, they have GF cookies (prepackaged) from Bake Me Happy. They have a GF bread to make your sandwiches with. Big salads with fresh carved meats, and had a GF beef and bean soup. I suggest calling ahead to see if they have a GF soup available if that is what you are looking for. Locally owned and operated. Ty (Chef/Owner) was VERY nice!
